Small Goals
Plan small, achievable weight loss goals and focus on them. Concentrating on losing one or two pounds a week and meeting that goal sets you up for success. If you focus on losing 50 pounds, you will see it as a goal you can't possibly reach. Losing just 10% of body weight is the benchmark goal for improving health.
